Welcome to HALLEVO, managed by ADX POSITIVE SH.P.K. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service and License

We provide a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for event management. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use this software for business purposes according to your subscription plan.

2. Payments and Paddle (Merchant of Record)

Our payment processing (credit/debit cards) is managed by Paddle.com. Paddle is the 'Merchant of Record' (MoR) for all our orders. This means Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and payment data security. All billing inquiries can be directed to us or Paddle.

3. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your control panel. After cancellation, you will have access until the end of your paid period. We reserve the right to block accounts that violate the law or abuse the system.
