Cancellation and Refund Policy

At HALLEVO, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our platform. Below are our cancellation and refund terms for our SaaS subscriptions.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Every new account receives a 14-day free trial with access to all modules, without requiring a credit card upfront. If you decide during this time that the platform is not for you, simply do not upgrade to a paid subscription. You will not be charged.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (My Profile ➔ My Subscription ➔ Cancel Subscription). Once canceled, you will no longer be charged in the next billing cycle. Your account will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.

3. Refund Rules

Due to the digital nature of the service, our general rule is:

  • Monthly Payments: No refunds are offered for the monthly fee of the billing cycle in which you are currently operating.
  • Yearly Payments: If you have paid for a full year and change your mind within the first 7 days of payment, you can contact us for a full or partial refund (minus the days used). After 7 days have passed from the annual subscription, refunds are no longer possible.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be issued at the company's discretion if there were billing errors by our system or if the service was completely offline (downtime) for more than 72 consecutive hours. Every request is reviewed within 2-3 business days.
